Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be stable, low-acuity adults presenting with diverse mental health needs. You will play an essential role in helping them develop the skills necessary to manage their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a fully unrestricted license in one of the following categories to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach to client care are essential.

• Strong computer literacy to navigate our all-in-one therapist platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience utilizing telehealth platforms and those familiar with evidence-based practice frameworks will have a competitive edge. Experience working with low-acuity populations and knowledge of solution-focused modalities is also preferred.
