Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Ensure timely completion of required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess client needs, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Work jointly with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, facilitating improved client outcomes.
\n
• Take an active role in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of clinical practice within the organization.
\n
• Establish effective communication channels with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for clients and enhance care pathways.

• Actively engage in outreach to local, state, and federal agencies and organizations to promote our programs and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Prioritize personal and professional growth by attending conferences, participating in statewide meetings, and representing the agency in various capacities.

• Promote agency values, philosophy, and principles through active engagement in community initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to overall team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and various developmental disabilities. You will play a significant role in guiding clients toward recovery and independence, using a person-centered approach that emphasizes their strengths and promotes self-efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license granted by the state board is mandatory.
