Executive Sous Chef

KNEAD is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef for our flagship restaurant, SUCCOTASH PENN QUARTER . As Sous Chef , you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring quality and consistency in all menu items. Reporting to the Executive Chef and General Manager , you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team of culinary professionals. Experience with Mexican cuisine is a requirement for this position, along with at least 3-5 years in a Sous Chef role. Qualifications: 5+ years of cooking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role At least 3 -5 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred but not required Experience in menu standards and plating guidelines Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them What makes our team worth joining?
