Step into an impactful role supporting middle and high school students in the Houston area as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their communication milestones while working within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. This contract opportunity runs from August 11, 2026, through May 26, 2027, and welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs). Flexibility is offered depending on your preferences, whether your passion lies in direct therapy, conducting ARDs, evaluations, and testing, or providing supervision only. Caseloads will range from 50 to 60 students, predominantly in grades 6–8 and 10–12, so you can choose to work with the age group that best matches your interests and skills.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and valid TX Speech-Language Pathology License; FL Licensure also accepted (visual confirmation of license required)
• Enthusiasm for working with students in grades 6–12
• Openness to full-scope SLP duties or supervision-only roles
• Flexibility to work on multiple campuses (middle or high school), with consideration for your location
• Successful completion of district fingerprinting requirements (or prior prints in the system)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

What you’ll do:

• Provide speech and language therapy to assigned students
• Perform ARDs, evaluations, and testing according to district requirements
• Maintain thorough documentation and records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Supervise as applicable (if preferred)
