This role is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our clients and the team. We promote flexible working hours within the range of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, accommodating schedules such as 4x10 or traditional 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Conduct thorough interviews to gather and interpret essential social, personal, environmental, and health-related information from clients.
\n
• Evaluate and diagnose mental health issues within your professional scope, implementing tailored treatment plans to address clients’ needs.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute programs and activities that target clients' social and emotional wellbeing.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive-behavioral interventions for clients dealing with crises, and refer them to necessary community resources as appropriate.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance by creating a relationship founded on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.

• Regularly assess and document the effectiveness of treatment services provided to clients, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping and compliance with organizational protocols.

• Manage and maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely case documentation that reflects the services delivered.

• Contribute to the development of care strategies and quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations and client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
