Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health status, identifying their needs and goals for therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, many of whom face complex mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, substance use issues, trauma, and eating disorders. Providing culturally sensitive care is essential, as you will encounter clients from various backgrounds, each with unique perspectives on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage challenging client situations effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
