Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop a rapport.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and challenges of each client.

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy and group therapy sessions using modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Perform crisis interventions when necessary, ensuring immediate support and safety for at-risk patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records, documenting progress and treatment adjustments in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and supervision sessions, staying informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid clinical social work license (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy and direct clinical care, including individual and group therapy.

• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes an annual salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
