AP/AR Accounting Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Admin to join the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining financial health by managing high-volume invoice processing, targeted collections, and HVAC warranty administration. This is a collaborative position that requires communication skills to work effectively with the variuous stakeholder involved.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Manage high-volume invoice processing (200–300 invoices/day) in a manual environment. This includes daily inbox maintenance, data entry, three-way matching, and reconciling vendor accounts.
• Accounts Receivable: Lead a focused collections effort for high-dollar outstanding accounts and resolve billing disputes by negotiating payment structures.
• Warranty Administration: Oversee the filing, tracking, and processing of HVAC manufacturer warranty claims.
• Systems: Sage Intacct (Strongly preferred), ServiceTitan (Plus), Advanced Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Experience: Experience managing manufacturer warranties is highly preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate cross-departmentally with various stakeholders.
