Work Environment

Your role will be in an onsite outpatient clinic, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The rehabilitation facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic modalities and treatment areas designed to support individualized patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a structured patient load, delivering focused therapy sessions while being fully engaged in each patient's unique journey.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to facilitate patient rehabilitation and promote optimal physical function.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and wellness strategies for maintaining their progress and preventing future injuries.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Web PT for accurate documentation and efficient care management.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring the best outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and integrated care environment.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.

• Exceptional skills in patient assessment and the ability to develop evidence-based treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with sports rehabilitation and/or orthopedics will be considered an asset.
• A background in creating and implementing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
