Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Care and Connects Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' therapeutic needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on the needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other practices to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying current with advances in mental health research and practices.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and cohesive client care.

Qualifications\n
