Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly virtual therapy sessions for adults experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological disturbances, using our telehealth platform to facilitate care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other relevant methodologies, to help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health challenges.

• Engage clients in discussions that promote self-discovery, encouraging them to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment.

• Perform regular assessments of client progress through symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on these evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The LPCC will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, struggles with grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, and challenges related to medication and pain management. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in clinical psychology or counseling, accompanied by an active LPCC license issued by the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
