Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and client interviews to accurately determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, families, and groups, encompassing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to orchestrate holistic care plans that address physical, mental, and social health.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute episodes, employing observation and intervention skills to stabilize situations and develop safety plans.

• Participate in community mental health outreach initiatives, including workshops and seminars, aimed at promoting mental health literacy and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, which includes individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. This variety enhances your ability to apply cultural competence and sensitivity in your practice, further enriching your clinical experience. You will engage with clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, tailoring your approach to meet their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a completed master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit cultural competence in working with a diverse range of clients and community resources.

• Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle documentation and client loads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
