Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, considering their emotional, mental, and social circumstances.

• Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on individual goals, preferences, and available resources.

• Provide ongoing counseling and support, assisting seniors in navigating significant life transitions, such as health changes or caregiving adjustments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
