The Niagara Falls Health & Wellness Facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Remote Early Intervention Specialist. This full-time position offers an opportunity to significantly impact the lives of young children and their families while working from the comfort of your home. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and providing support to enhance the developmental skills of children aged birth to three years.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to perform your duties from a location of your choice. As part of our school-based health initiative, you will collaborate with educational staff and administrators to deliver comprehensive services that ensure children receive the support they need to succeed. You will utilize technology to maintain communication with families, team members, and stakeholders while adhering to all necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and determine appropriate interventions.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcome measures as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to a child's development.
\n
• Provide in-depth support and resources to families to aid in their child's growth, fostering a collaborative relationship that promotes positive outcomes.
\n
• Engage with families using evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment (NLE) model to optimize learning experiences.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations in all aspects of service delivery.
\n
• Adopt innovative strategies to accommodate various learning styles that meet the diverse needs of children and families.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and outcomes achieved.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families to help them understand and navigate the early intervention process while empowering them with tools and strategies to support their child's development across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the New Jersey Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required for potential in-person visits or meetings.
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and exceptional communication skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of professional experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and philosophies.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
