Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients while fostering positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments, ensuring appropriate discharge when feasible.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, utilizing our practice management software for best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and determine the most effective therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting your approach to each client's evolving needs.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision sessions to support your professional growth and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at HCA Wellness Center, you will primarily work with youth and adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your approach will be tailored to each individual, respecting their unique experiences and promoting resilience through evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Must hold a current LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) credential.

• Ability to meet all internal credentialing requirements specific to clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with diverse populations, including psychiatric patients and individuals dealing with substance abuse challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
