Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each intern, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
\n
• Conduct performance evaluations for interns, documenting necessary actions related to retention and corrective measures.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments to align with programmatic goals and support the efficacy of our services.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues in Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and other clinical supervisors to address any arising concerns regarding intern performance and client care.
\n
• Engage in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, auditing documentation and client records to meet agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and additional developmental opportunities as mandated by the agency's needs.
\n
• Prepare programmatic reports and documentation as requested by the Director to inform strategic decisions.
\n
• Provide clinical consultations to clients during both crisis and non-crisis situations via telephone and video calls.
\n
• Ensure that the work environment is orderly and report maintenance issues to the appropriate manager.
\n
• Implement and monitor compliance with clinical program objectives, service delivery requirements, and organizational policies.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services as needed to an array of clients.
\n
• Oversee the intern recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes in alignment with agency objectives.
\n
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, fostering a robust pipeline of new talent.
\n
• Facilitate training and workshops for interns and collaborate with universities to ensure continuity in training programs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with evolving federal, state, and county policies, procedures, and requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must hold an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and providing remote psychotherapy services.

• Demonstrated experience working within a hospice or palliative care setting is advantageous.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, particularly the AWARDS system, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
