Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify family needs and link them with appropriate community-based services that will enhance their mental health and overall quality of life.

• Navigating a crisis-driven environment, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of substance abuse, addiction, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and mental health conditions to support clients effectively.

• Educate team members about clients' psychosocial stressors, fostering a collaborative approach to deliver tailored interventions and create positive outcomes for families.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient medical and psychological histories, including physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing treatment monitoring and reviews, adapting strategies and interventions as required to promote client recovery and positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes children, teens, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, encompassing a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological needs, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
