While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, regular virtual meetings with other therapists and healthcare professionals ensure ongoing support and mentorship. Occasional evening availability may be required to accommodate patient schedules, especially during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' mental health needs virtually, allowing for the development of customized treatment plans that address individual concerns.

• Deliver short-term individualized counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to effectively manage patient crises.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions focused on skill building and personal development, creating a supportive environment for peer feedback and growth.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care; collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure synchronized treatment plans that maximize patient outcomes.

• Participate in outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness in the community, leading workshops and seminars designed to destigmatize mental illness and promote wellness strategies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will leverage your expertise to empower patients through personalized support and therapeutic interventions that improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
