Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and treatment progress of patients under your care, ensuring individualized therapeutic approaches are developed.

• Facilitating clear communication among multidisciplinary team members—including supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders—to provide updates and recommendations about patient care.

• Creating and presenting a tentative treatment plan, which outlines key interventions, including appointments and home visits designed to monitor patient progress.

• Performing home visits as required to conduct in-depth observations, review health records, and engage with families in their natural environments.

• Implementing effective therapeutic strategies in one-on-one and group settings, ensuring that services are delivered with adherence to established protocols and ethical standards.

• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and feedback to refine and enhance our treatment methodologies.

• Completing monthly and quarterly progress reports that track patient outcomes and inform necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Arranging and leading training sessions for team members and support staff to enhance their understanding of program execution and documentation requirements.

• Managing client records meticulously to ensure confidentiality and ease of access for authorized personnel.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, providing tailored therapeutic interventions in areas such as family dynamics, substance use, trauma recovery, and general mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
