This position is 100% remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from a comfortable setting of your choice while utilizing our telehealth platform to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to better understand client needs and to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s preferences and diagnoses.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess effective treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals within a supportive environment to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR), documenting client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to best practice guidelines for client safety and confidentiality, ensuring the well-being of all individuals we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Clients will come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to provide culturally sensitive care that respects each individual's distinct circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent certification in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in outpatient settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• Thorough understanding of mental health documentation, insurance billing processes, community resources, and therapy services.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on empathy and understanding toward clients’ experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth services is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that facilitate remote patient management.
