Evolve Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in our outpatient clinic located in Keansburg, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Keansburg. The clinic operates in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, where you will partner with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Our typical working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy treatment to patients, focusing on their specific goals and recovery needs.
• Manage a balanced caseload that allows for personalized and focused patient interactions, ensuring high-quality care.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients utilizing orthopedic expertise to identify movement impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and gait training.
• Educate patients and their families on non-surgical alternatives and lifestyle changes to enhance mobility and overall wellbeing.
• Continuously assess and monitor treatment efficacy, modifying approaches as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of treatments and patient progress in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with other therapists and medical professionals to coordinate care and share insights regarding patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our outpatient clinic, you will work primarily with a diverse population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals with chronic orthopedic conditions, and patients seeking rehabilitation after surgery. You will play a vital role in their recovery by providing the expertise and motivation they need to improve their functional abilities and achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited program is required.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient orthopedic care, is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and positively impact patient engagement and adherence.
• Familiarity with EMR software, with experience in Web PT or similar systems, is advantageous.
• An extensive understanding of current physical therapy best practices and treatments supported by research.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in sports rehabilitation and the treatment of acute injuries.
• Continued education in specialized treatment methodologies or certifications in advanced manual therapy techniques.
• Exposure to or experience with interdisciplinary collaboration in functional recovery and rehabilitation plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, determined by experience and qualifications.
