Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored individual care to each patient, considering their unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, allowing for in-depth focus and engagement during each session.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing on extensive experience to enhance treatment approaches.
• Implement cost-effective and innovative therapies to optimize patients’ mobility.
• Prioritize non-surgical treatment options, striving to reduce medication reliance wherever possible.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Adapt fitness and wellness programs that meet specific needs, fostering a holistic approach to patient health.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, ensuring each patient's treatment path is personalized and effective.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys, offering support and encouragement.

• Regularly assess and monitor treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient progress.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress using EMR software.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program and hold an active Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a clean licensure history with no sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Show proficiency in implementing effective exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation of patient care.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
• Experience working as part of a collaborative healthcare team focused on comprehensive patient care.
• Proficiency in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization values the contributions of our staff and offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise in the field.
