Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Inner Canvas Wellness, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples, ensuring to meet both individuals’ needs through one-on-one sessions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and family conflicts.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, using our latest electronic health record system.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly impact diverse clients, including adults and children/adolescents facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues

• Family conflicts, including cut-offs between family members

• Grief and loss

• Adjustment related to divorce and separation

• Communication difficulties within family structures

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n
