Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, adapted for a remote delivery format.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjustments of treatment strategies as required to enhance effectiveness.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate resources.

• Maintain precise and secure client records in adherence with all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity.

• Stay current with developments in mental health practices and research through ongoing education and training.

• Participate actively in supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current New York State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
