Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health needs, using standardized evaluation tools and techniques in alignment with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations, taking into consideration the cultural and unique needs of the patient population.

• Provide ongoing progress assessments, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to align with changing patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to reflect patient interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to create actionable, outcome-focused treatment strategies.

• Facilitate referrals to outside resources as needed, ensuring a seamless connection to additional support services.

• Engage in educational initiatives, mentoring students, interns, and other healthcare providers to promote professionalism and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary of $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
