Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing severe mental health issues, including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering ongoing therapy.

• Engage proactively as a team member, leveraging collaborative approaches to reach common objectives, and participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief screenings and assessments and coordinate more in-depth evaluations as needed, ensuring that all interventions are developmentally appropriate.

• Create, implement, and adapt integrated care plans, ensuring a seamless exchange of information among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, which may include individual, group, and family therapy sessions, while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and timely documentation.

• Monitor and document client progress relative to treatment goals, and participate in discharge planning to enhance continuity of care.

• Conduct on-call duties, providing coverage as assigned, and contributing to agency committees focused on service delivery and quality improvement.

The LCSW will primarily serve patients in a detox center setting, working with individuals experiencing substance abuse issues alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
