Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams by participating in collaborative meetings, case consultations, and care planning discussions to optimize client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to participate actively in their therapeutic journeys.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay abreast of best practices and evolving therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. An emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity to individual backgrounds is critical for fostering trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
