Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while providing outpatient services to clients, mainly during daytime hours, from Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy to your assigned client population, adapting techniques to meet individual needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and counseling sessions with families and children, ensuring adherence to DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational programs, parenting workshops, and therapeutic classes tailored to both client needs and community demands.

• Accurately complete necessary case documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and statistical reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Fulfill contractual obligations by effectively managing your billing processes, meeting the required number of reimbursable hours each month.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets children and community clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. As a member of our Behavioral Health Team, you will directly impact their well-being through tailored interventions and supportive counseling, playing a crucial role in their path to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
