Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices. Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all patient interactions and treatment plans are recorded accurately and within required timeframes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, encompassing psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to create cohesive care strategies. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them with tools and coping strategies essential for recovery. Engage in ongoing professional development by staying abreast of emerging research and methodologies in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LCSW at Renewed Horizons, you will work with a diverse array of patients, primarily those experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. Your role will involve assisting individuals at various stages of detoxification and recovery, emphasizing empathy and personalized care. Building strong therapeutic alliances is key to promoting positive patient outcomes and establishing a supportive network for those in recovery. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon. Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Experience Previous work experience in a detox setting or with clients struggling with substance use disorders is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage clinical documentation. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
