Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, effectively tailored to each client's unique circumstance.

• Respond to acute mental health crises with immediate support and intervention strategies to stabilize clients and ensure their safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment summaries, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, explore treatment options, and connect them with necessary community resources, advocating fiercely for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds, ages, and cultural identities. The primary focus will be on offering support to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other significant mental health challenges. Your ability to apply a culturally sensitive approach will greatly enhance the effectiveness of the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
