This role is conducted in a remote setting that supports flexibility and work-life balance, while the focus remains on engaging with clients in school and community environments. The work hours span from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a central liaison between families, educational institutions, and outpatient service providers, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on student progress and care plans.

• Engage in communication with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management to guarantee access to necessary services.

• Contribute to discharge and aftercare planning, focusing on holistic solutions that consider the students' unique circumstances and support their transitions.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, working directly with students to model a healthy relationship with food, bridging gaps in nutritional understanding and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
