Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences to provide empathetic and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Active State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and maintaining professional relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
