Work Environment

This full-time LMFT position is primarily remote, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while providing exceptional care from the comfort of your own home. While the outward-facing aspects are conducted remotely, we maintain beautifully designed outpatient office spaces in Walla Walla, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
• Provide high-quality therapy services via telehealth, focusing on strategies that foster healthy relationships and individual well-being.
• Document client progress in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for all interactions.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, participating in case consultations and contributing to team meetings aimed at improving patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and community resources that can positively impact client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will cater to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and life transitions. Emphasizing a holistic approach, you will integrate individual and family dynamics into your therapeutic interventions, ensuring that treatment is not only effective but also respects the client’s background and needs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LMFT licensure.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in providing therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with a diverse population, handling both individual and couple counseling.
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

LifeStance Health presents a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from a robust array of perks, including:
