Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' symptoms and challenges related to mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Work collaboratively with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, preferences, and unique situations.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and support.

• Continuously assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and addressing any emerging challenges.

• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by engaging with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
