Sales Executive | Global Enterprise Sales

Overview ADP is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a field-based sales team and drive revenue for ADP solutions—including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits—across multiple product lines. Responsibilities Grow business and manage the sales team to meet sales goals within the assigned geography. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team, ensuring compliance with the Salesforce Automation System and audit processes. Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing continuous performance feedback and coaching. Represent ADP to customers, prospects, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, staying current on product technology. Required Qualifications 2+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience with a proven track record; strong presentation and client interaction skills. Excellent coaching and relationship‑building abilities, capable of delivering performance feedback. High level of integrity and consistency in meeting commitments. Expert planning and multitasking skills; strong time‑management and prioritization. College degree is preferred but not required; alternative experience includes 2+ years sales or sales‑management experience or military experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading and managing sales teams. Benefits Base salary range $76,100.00 – $164,600.00 per year plus bonus, equity, or commissions.
