Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health status, including assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique goals, preferences, and mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) effectively within telehealth sessions.

• Educate and guide clients and their families on mood disorder management, treatment options, and self-care strategies for improved mental health.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Care Sense Therapy, your primary focus will be on assisting clients dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Daily interactions will involve a diverse array of clients, many requiring sensitive and adaptive approaches to therapy. You will play a critical role in support and rehabilitation for individuals from varying backgrounds, aiming to improve their mental well-being and resilience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
