Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments for adult clients to understand their mental health needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions that address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their personal goals and mental health objectives.

• Engage in active monitoring of client progress by setting realistic, achievable goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical moments, employing evidence-based techniques to ensure client safety and stabilization.

• Keep detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on adult clients who may be facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent is required.

• Active registration with a professional body and appropriate professional liability insurance.

• Strong proficiency in conducting assessments, scoring, and compiling reports for diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
