Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client in a confidential, non-judgmental environment.

• Collaborate with the VIEW team, regularly sharing insights and participating in case reviews to refine and enhance patient care strategies.

• Stay engaged in continuous evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and treatment outcomes.

• Assist in the development and facilitation of innovative recovery-focused initiatives, including workshops and group therapies.

• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts within the VIEW program by gathering data and providing actionable feedback.

The clientele served by the VIEW program encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many clients come from underserved communities in Washington State, seeking compassionate and professional support through telehealth services. Your counseling will help bridge the gap between traditional care and innovative mental health solutions, making you a critical part of their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Valid licensure in the state of Washington as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
