This role is designed for a remote work setting, providing flexibility and convenience for candidates residing in Eugene, Oregon, and beyond. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily in an outpatient office environment, connecting with clients virtually. Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee and supervise clinical care for a diverse patient population, ensuring a high level of proficiency in therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to each patient's needs, delivering compassionate support and guidance.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments, including mental health evaluations, and maintain accurate treatment logs to track patient progress.

• Address crisis situations with immediate intervention, employing therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support clients in moments of need.

• Help clients navigate their therapy journey, providing personalized counseling services like individual, conjoint, or family therapy.

• Refer clients to specialized professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive therapeutic assistance and holistic care.

• Evaluate the clinical needs of patients to develop actionable psychological service plans within a primary care context, while facilitating ongoing evaluations to monitor changing requirements.

• Educate and support patients and families through various programs, enhancing their understanding of mental health resources and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient caseload that spans various psychological needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
\n
• Flexible work hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to tailor your schedule according to your needs.

• Competitive compensation structure with full-time salaries ranging between $90,000 and $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Bonus incentives up to $2,000, based on state licensure and performance.
