Job Description
Title : Registered Nurse - Home Health

Schedule : 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details :
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
- Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Valid Driver's License and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
- Current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and direct home care services to meet patients' needs.
- Manage a patient caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other care team members in accordance with the patient's plan of care.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and complete nursing assessments.
- Document patient care delivery, status, and responses to treatment in accordance with policies.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and provide learning opportunities.

Compliance / Notes :
- Orientation and training requirements as applicable.
- Compliance with all applicable legal and documentation standards, including HIPAA.
