Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, determining the appropriate clinical interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments that inform treatment plans and triage care as per client requirements.
\n
• Engage in regular communication with team members regarding client assessments and progress through consistent documentation and collaborative meetings.

• Provide high-quality mental health care that addresses the psychological, physical, social, educational, and safety needs of a diverse clientele of all ages.

• Manage cases effectively, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure holistic support for each patient.
\n
• Complete all required documentation ethically and punctually, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s operations.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to develop individualized service plans that empower patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Our patients come to us seeking help with a range of mental health challenges, allowing you to utilize a variety of therapeutic skills and techniques. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, focusing on delivering high-quality care during your availability.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting remote therapy sessions, particularly through telehealth platforms.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

• History of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, improving patient outcomes through coordinated care efforts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
