Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring each session maintains a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Assess the mental health needs of clients, actively listening to their concerns, and developing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients' challenges.

• Provide ongoing support, psychoeducation, and coping strategies, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys with resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Stay current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health through continuous professional development and engage in team training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be paramount in enriching the lives of a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. You will offer therapeutic support to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid California state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional counseling experience, particularly in treating diverse populations and various mental health challenges.

• Familiarity with telehealth services and a strong understanding of developmental psychology across different age groups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, especially in crisis intervention and evidence-based counseling techniques.

• Additional certifications such as DBT, CCTP, Military and Trauma Certification, or specialized training in co-occurring disorders will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
