Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather client histories, clinical strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, focusing on issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a mental health professional in California, with one of the following: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling to individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Annual salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
