Our company is currently seeking an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining receivable records for our company as well as customer service and data entry. Experience in SAGE accounting software a plus. You will also manage our online FAIRE account by accepting and processing orders. You only work 4 days a week. We are a part of the workshare program so Fridays are paid with a percentage of your regular day by the state of California and you get three day weekends. A nice plus to the right candidate! Only serious applicants need apply.
Responsibilities:
- Daily manage our accounts receivables
- Contact customers for payments/billing
- Bill accounts receivables
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Daily Customer Service - Answer Phones/Take Orders
- Manage our online FAIRE account. Process and enter orders.
- Daily Bank Deposits (On premises only. No driving.)
- Weekly updates with aging reports to the manager
- Other finance and accounting related duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivables, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to be a great team player
- Bi-lingual is a plus
