Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs, concerns, and objectives.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic goals and evidence-based practices that reflect their unique life circumstances.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other techniques aligned with client needs.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize efficacy and client satisfaction.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards to protect client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on clients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. With your clinical expertise, you will empower clients to explore their coping strategies, bolster their resilience, and foster their overall mental health in our community.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of the particular psychological issues impacting clients in a telehealth environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering engagement and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
