Business Development Executive | Miami, FL | Full-Time Ability to travel the South Florida market to create relationships and uncover new business opportunities Our client, an established luxury design brand specializing in bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture, is seeking a highly connected and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join its growing Miami team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional with strong connections across the builder, developer, architecture, and design communities who thrives on being out in the market, building relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities. In this highly visible, client-facing role, you will spend a significant amount of time cultivating relationships with builders, developers, interior designers, architects, and discerning private clients throughout the Miami market. You'll take the initiative to get in front of key decision-makers, develop strategic partnerships, generate new opportunities, and bring qualified clients into the showroom for meaningful design conversations when appropriate. If you are energized by networking, opening doors, growing a pipeline, and representing exceptional luxury products and design, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing brand. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in high-end sales, business development, outside sales, sales consulting, or design-related roles Proficiency in CRM systems, proposals, and basic design documentation (AutoCAD or similar a plus, but not required) Strong understanding of luxury interiors, materials, and the design process Experience working with interior designers and architects is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional, polished, and client facing demeanor Ability to work within the showroom and visit with clients within the market This is more than a sales role.
