Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Developing, documenting, and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Engaging actively in the multi-disciplinary team process, collaborating with fellow health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical notes and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Experience with telehealth systems and protocols is preferred but not necessarily required; training is provided.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
