Holistic Recovery Counselling is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide telehealth services aimed at improving the mental health and overall well-being of our patients. You will play an essential part in shaping the therapeutic experience for clients from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients via telehealth to assess their mental health needs, establishing therapeutic rapport and trust.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to relay patient progress, needs, and potential complications to facilitate a cohesive treatment plan.

• Document clinical and progress notes in a timely manner, adhering to organizational policies and best practices for medical record-keeping.

• Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to design individualized treatment plans, incorporating discharge strategies based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for clients facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, ensuring immediate needs are met.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community resource groups, advocating for the social needs of patients and representing the organization in various settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.

• Current associate or licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (or working towards it).
\n
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client cases effectively.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to manage documentation and billing independently.

Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous. Candidates with previous experience in mental health crisis intervention and treatment planning will find their skills particularly applicable in this role. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with expertise and experience.
