Your work as a Virtual Mental Health Therapist will be fully remote, allowing you to operate from any location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate virtual therapy sessions with clients, establishing trust and rapport through video chat.

• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults, developing personalized therapy goals and objectives tailored to each individual’s context.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, to facilitate progress in client treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes and the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

• Provide clients with insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering deeper self-understanding and growth.

This role centers on delivering mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adults seeking support in navigating life challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, mild depression, relationship difficulties, or stress management. Your ability to connect with clients across different backgrounds and provide empathetic care will be crucial in helping them achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure is required, including one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Ability to work independently without supervision and maintain a professional standard of care.

• No disciplinary actions on your license history.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, active listening skills, and a commitment to continuing education in the field of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
