Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Establishing trusting relationships with clients as well as colleagues, demonstrating professionalism and collaboration at all levels.

• Creating and implementing integrated care plans that address clients' unique needs, while ensuring access to necessary resources and support systems.

• Providing a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the clients' presenting issues and personal goals.

• Participating in crisis interventions and providing timely support to clients in distress.
\n
• Adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices while helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

• Monitoring client progress regularly and updating treatment plans to ensure that interventions remain relevant and effective.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and outcomes to support clinical decisions and organizational reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with diverse populations in the Fort Collins area. Many clients may come from traditionally underserved backgrounds, carrying unique life experiences and challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
